This is perfection. I love knowing I’m not alone in doing these things. I’ve been drawing pictures on lunch bags and sticking notes in lunch boxes since my girl was in Pre-school. And in return, she has always given me pictures and notes too. I’ve saved them all. My mother was a beautiful letter writer as well, and loved to send cards just because. She passed away 11 years ago, but I still have her handwritten letters and they take me back.
